Spätzle straight into the hot water Up to 3 portions per batch Drain directly from the mixing bowl Everything for spätzle in one set Product Description
Homemade spätzle – from dough to draining
With the Spätzle Complete set, you make fresh, homemade spätzle directly with your Thermomix – and have the right accessory for every step.
You attach the WunderSpatzl® to the mixing bowl (TM7) or to the mixing bowl lid (TM6/TM5) and spread the dough through the grid – the spätzle drop straight into the hot water. With the WunderCard®, you remove the dough from the mixing bowl almost without leftovers. The WunderWave® drains the finished spätzle directly from the mixing bowl, and with the mixing bowl brush, the mixing bowl is quickly clean again afterwards.
One set, everything for spätzle: For cheese spätzle, knöpfle or as a side dish – with little effort and full flavour.
