Especially with hard foods, large chunks remain after blending that the blade hasn’t managed to chop. The Miximizer is especially useful when chopping chocolate, Parmesan, powdered sugar, grains, and hard vegetables. The Miximizer from Wundermix ensures that the ingredients are evenly processed by the blade and don’t bounce around on the blades.

What's Included
1x Miximizer Food Processor Chopping

Use as a mixing aid

Place the food to be blended into the mixing bowl, making sure not to exceed the 1-liter fill line with the ingredients.
Miximizer Place it in the mixing bowl, making sure the tabs on the inner wall of the mixing bowl are secured in the retaining clips on the Miximizer introduce.
Close the mixing bowl with the mixing bowl lid and measuring cup, and start the chopping process.
Miximizer Remove and tap any remaining bits off the side of the mixing bowl.

Use as an emulsifying agent

Miximizer Place it in the mixing bowl, making sure the tabs on the inner wall of the mixing bowl are secured in the retaining clips on the Miximizer Add as soon as the recipe calls for emulsification.
Close the mixing bowl with the mixing bowl lid (without the measuring cup) and start the Thermomix using the settings specified in the recipe.
Pour the liquid to be emulsified through the opening in the mixing bowl lid.

Notes

The Miximizer It does not come into contact with the blender blade and can therefore be used safely up to speed level 10.
Chopping particularly hard foods (such as hazelnuts, rock candy, or almonds) can leave marks on the bottom of the Miximizer.
